Cancellation Policy
Your dental needs are important to us. When we book your appointment, we are reserving room and time for your treatment. We do not double book patients, nor do we try and overbook our patients. This appointment is designed for you where we dedicate our time and resources to your dental health.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
Please call us on 03 9017 1188 or email us at info@smileandco.com.au
We require a minimum of 2 business days notice.
Our friendly staff will endeavor to remind you of your appointment, if you request a notification via phone, email or sms. However, please bear in mind that this appointment is your responsibility to attend or reschedule in advance.
At SMILE & Co. we pride ourselves on great customer service and quality dental. When booking your appointment we book a time to complete your booked dental work. Late arrivals, missed or cancelled appointments comes at a cost to the business. It interferes with the smooth running our dental practice and creates unnecessary follow-up and scheduling issues for other patients.
As we secure your appointment for you, we turn away other patients, any missed or cancelled appointments with less than 2 business day notice will incur a $75 late cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule due to illness or a last minute work trip, we understand and will try and reschedule you. If you choose not to reschedule, a late cancellation fee will be charged.
If you choose not to notify us of a cancellation of appointment or fail to attend a confirmed appointment a full fee of service will be charged.
Please be mindful of others that may be in need or urgent dental care . Do the right thing, change your appointment early, if you know you cannot make it. Let us know if you are running late, so we can fit everyone in on a timely manner.
